If you're a KDE user, you know that by default brightness can be increased or decreased only in steps of 5%. So if it is set to 5%, further decreasing it, will directly set it to 0%. But what if you want to set it up to 2% or 3% ? Well hold tight.
From KDE Plasma 6, this can be easily achieved using shift
key. For example, if you're using, fn
+ brightness-up/down
keys to increase or decrease the brightness, press shift
key along with those keys to change brightness in steps of 1% instead of 5%.
Hope this helps you. Stay awesome !
